THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Supervises and manages the operation of the TESDA Women’s Center (TWC) Dormitory services, but not limited to, the following:
    • Reservation of guests;
    • Preparation of Billing
    • Preparation of Order of Payment;
    • Preparation of purchase request;
    • Preparation of room status;
    • Preparation of periodic maintenance report;
• Inventory of dormitory supplies, materials and equipment; and
• Purchasing of dormitory materials.
• Supervises the dormitory personnel in preparing and cleaning the guest rooms; 
• Ensures cleanliness and availability of amenities at all times;
• Ensures that all customer requests and queries are responded to promptly and efficiently; 
• Deals with guests complaints in a friendly and efficient manner, ensuring guests satisfaction at all times; 
• Prepares dormitory related reports and update the records (reservations/ payments, and purchases);
• Ensures all costs are controlled without compromising the standards and the service delivery; 
• Supervises the in-house training/ on-the-job training of TWC trainees and other Technical Vocational Education and Training) TVET trainees at the dormitory;
• Performs other related functions assigned by immediate Supervisor.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 2 years of relevant experience
Training : 40 hours of relevant training
Eligibility    : Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Housekeeping NC ll holder 
• Proficient in oral and written communications 
• Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude   
• With high regards on quality service
• Strong administrative and diplomatic skills 

All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, NCR not later than June 17, 2016:
• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2015 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for Calendar Year 2015 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC. 

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
