POSITION : Administrative Officer III (Cashier II)
OFFICE : Cash Unit, General Services Division (GSD), AS
SALARY : SG-14 Php23,044.00
PERA : P2,000.00       

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Acts as  Section Heads of Payroll Disbursement and Collection (PDCS) and Bookkeeping and Report Preparation Section (BRPS)
• The PDCS will involved  in the  preparation of all checks for payment, reconciliation of bank and book cash records, coordination with fiscal agencies to ensure availability of cash, collection and deposit of all revenues, handling of fund transfers to ROs and POs and the administration of the payroll and cash advances;
• The BRPS will take care of the preparation of all Treasury accountability reports such as RCI, SLCI, BRS, etc. It will also maintain all records and ledgers to make sure all cash handled by the Division are properly accounted for. It will likewise  attend to the maintenance of records on deductions and their timely remittance to the proper agencies;
• Manages cash advises within their area of coverage;
• Prepares the required Reports of Disbursement to liquidate cash advances within their area of coverage;
• Provides technical assistance to coverage units regarding treasury matters;
• Coordinates the work of the Section Staffers to ensure teamwork and avoid work gaps and overlaps;
• Summarizes and provides the initial assessment of work done by his/her section;
• Collaborates with the other Section Head to provide complementation of work;
• Drafts routine communications related to their area of coverage; and
• Performs other related functions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 1 year of relevant experience
Training : 4 hours relevant training
Eligibility : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:

• Knowledgeable with CSC rules and regulations
• Good in oral & written communications
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Good inter-personal relationship & work attitude
• Good moral character and work ethics

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2013 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2013 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Potential Assessment Forms duly accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and One (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
