POSITION : (2) VOCATIONAL SCHOOL ADMINISTRATOR I

OFFICE : Torrijos Poblacion School of Arts and Trades (TPSAT), Region IV-B
               Buyabod School of Arts and Trades (BSAT), Region IV-B
SALARY : P47,448.00/month  PERA : P2,000.00    RATA : P10,000.00    

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Administer the operation of technical vocational institutions;
• Formulate, execute, monitor, evaluate school policies, systems, programs and plans;
• Manage the human, physical and financial resources of the school reports;
• Prepare/submits annual budget estimates and school reports;
• Monitor implementation and compliance to curricular, administrative and quality requirements;
• Recommend appointments, promotions, transfers, separations and retirements of personnel in the school;
• Lead and manage work team and resolve conflicts;
• Monitor & evaluate team/individual performances;
• Establish and maintain linkages with agencies and industry partners;
• Establish and strengthen resource generation activities for the schools; and
• Perform related supervisory and administrative work

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education : Bachelor's degree relevant to the job 
Experience : 3 years of relevant experience
Training  : 16 hours of relevant training
Eligibility : PBET/Teacher/RA 1080/Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training certificates; 
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2015 and January to June 2016 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating from Jan-June 2015 and July-Dec. 2015/Jan-June 20016 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; three (3) Peers and one (1) Subordinate;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
