OFFICE : ACCOUNTING DIVISION (AD), FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT SERVICE (FMS)
SALARY : SG-24 Php56,610.00    PERA : P2,000.00    RATA : P10,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Advises the Director of Financial and Management Service (FMS) and all others concerned on accounting matters;
• Supervises and coordinates the operations of the Accounting Division;
• Exercises technical supervision of the Accountants in the Regional Offices;
• Implements financial policies and procedures of the Authority regarding control of allotment, expenditures and collection of revenues; and,
• Performs other related functions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education    :    Master’s degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC
Experience    :    4 years of supervisory/management experience
Training    :    40 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention undertaken within the last 5 years
Eligibility    :    RA 1080 (Certified Public Accountant)


SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferably Bachelor’s degree in Commerce/Business Administration Major in Accounting
• With proven ability in analytical and creative thinking
• With proven ability in managing people and resolving conflict
• With proven competence in managing office workflow
• Familiarity with government procedures and policies including accounting and auditing rules and regulations
• Computer literate

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2015 and January to June 2016 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for  January to June 2015 and July to December 2015 and January to June 2016 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; two (2) Peers and two (2) Subordinates;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.


Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
