OFFICE  :  ACCOUNTING DIVISION (AD), FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT SERVICE (FMS), TESDA-CENTRAL OFFICE SALARY   :    SG-19 Php39,151.00    PERA:    P2,000.00        


THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

•    Reviews payroll and other regular payments with due considerations to deductions (loans, mandatory deductions, taxes, etc.);
•    Ensures compliance to financial policies with regards to payment of expenditures;
•    Reviews withholding and remittance of taxes;
•    Ensures accuracy, timeliness and completeness of financial reports;
•    Ensures that expenditures, income and other financial transactions are recorded in the books of accounts;
•    Ensures strict compliance to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles in the recording of financial transactions;
•    Reviews, analyzes and consolidates financial reports from regional offices;
•    Ensures strict monitoring of cash advances, payables and receivables; and,
•    Performs other duties as assigned.


JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education  :    Bachelor's Degree in Commerce/Business Administration major in Accounting
Experience  :    2 years of relevant experience
Training  :    8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility :    RA 1080

•    Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
•    Service Records;
•    List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training certificates;
•    Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2016 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2016 and July to December 2016 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
•    For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
•    Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
•    Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
•    Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
•    Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
•    Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

 

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
