OFFICE: LABOR MARKET INFORMATION DIVISION (LMID), PLANNING OFFICE (PO), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-19 Php39,151.00    PERA: P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• Leads in the conduct of research and studies;
• Conducts analysis of project proposals;
• Provides technical services to agency beneficiaries;
• Consolidates data and other periodic reports;
• Leads/Assists in the development of procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs in the formulation of education/training program for identified training needs;
• Leads in the integration of career guidance in the development and implementation of training technology and delivery needs; and,
• Performs other functions as may be required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years’ relevant experience
Training: 8 hours relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably holder of NTTC Level I;
• Competent in the conduct of researches/studies, development/adaptation of learning system, conduct of career advocacy and preparation of project proposals;
• Competent in both creative and technical writing;
• Proficient in computer applications;
• Good in oral and written communication;
• Good in interpersonal relationships; and
• Work with minimum supervision.

All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than March 29, 2017:

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2016 and January to June 2016 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2016 and July to December 2016 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
