SALARY: SG-18 Php35,693.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• Supervises the staff in the Administrative Unit of the Provincial Office;
• Monitors the implementation of CSC Circulars and Memos;
• Ensures efficient and effective program implementation;
• Performs Cash Management;
• Facilitates Staff Development Program;
• Prepares Personnel Reports;
• Oversees the conduct of advocacy program;
• Provides technical assistance and administrative support services; and,
• Performs other related functions.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
 
• Preferably with knowledge in Cash and Personnel Management
• Good in oral and written communications
• Good in interpersonal relationship
• Good in networking and linkaging
• Possesses positive attitude towards work and time as required
• Proficiency in use of Computer Software
• Physically and mentally fit

All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than August 31, 2017:
 
• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2016 and January to June 2017 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2016 and January to June 2017 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
