OFFICE: PROVINCIAL TRAINING CENTER-ABRA, TESDA-CAR
SALARY: SG-22 Php52,783.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• Prepares Institutional Development Plan/Operational Plan/Training Plan/Training Calendar;
• Manages operation of the institution;
• Supervises preparation of required reports;
• Establishes partnership;
• Manages facilities improvement;
• Manages resources;
• Evaluates institutional resources; and
• Manages conduct of research.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
Training: 16 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
 
• Preferably Engineering or Industrial Education graduate
• Possession of any of the following Certificate is an advantage: NC II, NTTC, TM, Assessor Training
• With knowledge/experience in Planning, Program Management and Development, Monitoring and Evaluation
• With ability to network with other agencies and TVET partners
• Must be good in oral and written communications
• Knowledgeable in the preparation of project proposals
• With healthy work attitude
• Must be computer literate

• Supervise provision of quality customer service
• Supervise implementation of quality standards and procedures
• Supervise the implementation of programs, projects and systems

All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than November 29, 2017:
 
• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2017 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for  January to June 2017 and July to December 2016 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; three (3) Peers and one (1) Subordinate;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
