SALARY : SG-12 (PhP 22,149.00) PERA : P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Performs research works on various legislative bills and proposals that may affect TESDA’s programs and projects;
• Assists in the drafting of agreements, contracts, legal forms and other related documents and recommend its approval;
• Assists in the investigation and evaluation of administrative cases upon instruction from superior;
• Assists in the tracking and organizing of files containing important case documents; and
• Performs other related functions.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Holder of a degree in BS Legal Management, AB Paralegal Studies, Law, Political Science or other allied courses
Experience: None required
Training: 4 hours of training relevant to legal work, such as legal ethics, legal research and writing, or legal procedure
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good in oral and written communications
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude
• Good moral character and work ethics
• Can work under pressure
 
All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than July 13, 2018:
• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2017 and January-June 2018 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2017 and January to July 2018 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details for the following categories:
         • Superior
         • Peers
         • Subordinates (if applicable)
         • Clients (if applicable)
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
