SALARY: SG-22 Php65,319.00 PERA: P2,000.00 RATA:
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• 20%Reviews and certifies the disbursement made by the Regional Office as to completeness and availability of cash, and the purchase of goods or services as to availability of funds;
• 20% Prepares and submits the required financial reports and statements and other report requirements to the central office (CO), Commission on Audit (COA), Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), and other partner agencies;
• 20% Maintains and updates the accounting record of all fund;
• 10% Implements and reviews the application of COA accounting and auditing/DBM/BIR and other government rules and regulations in all financial transactions, and ensures the compliance thereof;
• 10% Coordinates with the CO and other government agencies and offices on accounting concerns;
• 5% Implements the Quality Assurance (QA) systems and  procedures for disbursements and financial transactions and productions, and the proper accounting correct, complete, and timely recording of government financial transactions and production, and accurate and relevant reports;
• 5%% Provides recommendations on proper utilization of all funds;
• 5% Monitors the compliance to the notices of suspensions or disallowance issued; 
• 5% Provides technical advises needed by the management and other units for decision-making; and 
• 5% Performs other related functions.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree in commerce/Business Administration major in Accountancy
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
Training: 16 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: RA 1080 (Certified Public Accountant)

• Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude;
• Patient, diligent, hardworking;
• Knowledge in MS office applications

• List of training programs attended within the last five (5) years (2014-2019) indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and January to June 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2018 and January to June 2018, January to June 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; two (2) Peers and two (2) Subordinates;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• List of at least five (3-5) references for each category with contact details:
• Superior/Supervisor (1)
• Peer (1 pax)
• Subordinate (if applicable) (1 pax)
• Client/Stakeholder (1 pax);
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
