POSITION : Center Coordinator 
OFFICE : TESDA-FCCCCII Green Technology Center
SALARY : Php42,652.00
Employment Status :Job Order basis                

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Administers the operations of the center;
• Manages the utilization of the center’s resources;
• Coordinates planning and implementation of training research, extension service and entrepreneurship concerns of the Center;
• Spearheads the promotion and advocacy of Green TVET;
• Facilitates extension of technical assistance to external clients; and
• Performs other functions as may be assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Management Engineering or Environmental and Sanitation Engineering
Experience : Preferably with 3 years of relevant experience
Training : Preferably with 16 hours of relevant training
        
CORE COMPETENCIES:
• Conducts external/internal analysis;
• Develops programs, projects and systems;
• Evaluates implementation of programs, projects and systems;
• Implements policies;
• Leads in the implementation of programs, projects and systems; and
• Manage resource

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Competent in research, advocacy/promotion and training;
• Proficient in oral and written communications;
• Computer proficient; and
• Appropriate Civil Service eligibility is an advantage

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2013 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2013 for applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Potential Assessment Forms duly accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and One (1) Peer;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
