POSITION : One (1) Technical Support Staff 
OFFICE : TESDA-FCCCCII Green Technology Center
SALARY : Php26,878.00
EMPLOYMENT STATUS : Job Order basis                

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Liaises with external and internal parties on matters related to Center operations;
• Prepares communications and Green TVET promotional materials;
• Documents activities, programs and projects and submits periodic reports;
• Assists in the preparations of programs/projects proposals;
• Develops and maintains database on Green TVET;
• Develops and maintains website of the Center;
• Maintains learning Resource Center;
• Serves as the Center’s official tour guide; and
• Performs other functions as may be assigned

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education :    Bachelor’s Degree in Organizational Management; or Behavioral Sciences of Psychology
Experience : Preferably with 1 year of relevant experience
Training : Preferably with 4 hours of relevant training
        
CORE COMPETENCIES:
• Prepares reports and documentations;
• Coordinates activities, programs and projects;
• Markets programs and services; and 
• Performs computer operations using advanced and specialized software

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Proficient in oral and communication skills;
• Good interpersonal relationship;
• Diligent, dependable, enthusiastic and highly motivated;
• Can work with minimum supervision;
• Competent in computer applications;
• Physically and mentally fit and healthy; and 
• Appropriate Civil Service eligibility is an advantage

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2013 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2013 for applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Potential Assessment Forms duly accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and One (1) Peer;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
