POSITION : Four (4) Trainer 
OFFICE : TESDA-FCCCCII Green Technology Center
SALARY : Php33,859.00
EMPLOYMENT STATUS :    Job Order basis                

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Develops training curriculum and learning materials;
• Packages learning/training materials;
• Facilitates training and events relative to Green TVET;
• Conducts researches and studies;
• Prepares, analyzes and evaluates researches and program/project proposals;
• Prepares and submits required report;
• Markets programs services;
• Serves as tour guide; and 
• Performs other functions as may be assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education :    Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education or Education Technology or Industrial Education
Experience : Preferably with 2 years of relevant experience
Training : Preferably with 4 hours of relevant training

• TM Level 1;

• Implements programs, projects and systems;
• Implements quality standards and procedures;
• Conducts researches; and 
• Coordinates the implementation of activities

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferably NTTC certified in the area of Agriculture, Automotive, Electronics & electrical;
• Knowledgeable in research/promotion/advocacy and product development;
• Proficient in computer;
• Creative and innovative;
• People oriented and a team player;
• Good moral character and work ethics;
• Proficient in oral and written communication skills;
• Hardworking, patient and diligent;
• Physically and mentally healthy; and 
• Appropriate Civil Service eligibility is an advantage

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2013 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2013 for  applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Potential Assessment Forms duly accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and One (1) Peer;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
