POSITION : Supervising Administrative Officer 
OFFICE : Management Division, Financial and Management Service (FMS)
SALARY : SG-22 Php42,652.00    PERA:    P2,000.00                

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Assists the Chief in the day to day operations of the Division;
• Formulates and/or reviews policies, systems, and guidelines on TESDA’ s QMS;
• Formulates and implements programs, activities, projects;
• Participates in the planning, monitoring and evaluation of the Division’s targets and performance according to agreed indicators and measures;
• Establishes and maintains linkages with internal and external customers on matters related to QMS and the Division’s operations;
• Provides technical and administrative support to identified customers;
• Monitors and evaluates the performance of the personnel;
• Prepares and/or reviews various communications and document reports; and
• Performs other functions as maybe assigned.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education :    Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Experience : 3 years relevant experience
Training : 16 hours relevant training
Eligibility    : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

• Manage documents and records;

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Capable to do personal supervision and management;
• With knowledge/ experience in planning/programming and management of programs/projects and activities;
• With ability to network with internal and external customers and stakeholders;
• Must be good in oral and written communications;
• With good interpersonal relations and work attitude;
• Must be computer literate; and
• Can work under pressure

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2013 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2013 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment  Form to be accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and 1 Peer;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by the Immediate or previous Supervisor indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify date/month/year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
