POSITION : TESD Specialist II
OFFICE : Competency Assessment Division (CAD), Certification Office 
SALARY : SG-16 Php26,878.00    PERA:    P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Gathers and processes data and other periodic reports;
• Gathers and processes data and other information  relative to researches and studies on assessment and certification;
• Coordinates activities relative to program implementation;
• Assists in the maintenance of databases on assessment and certification;
• Provides technical services to regional and industry partners;
• Assists in the development of quality-assured work processes and procedures;
• Prepares communications and other periodic reports; and
• Performs other related functions.

CORE COMPETENCIES:
• Conducts researches 
• Coordinates the implementation of activities 
• Prepares Reports (gather data, draft reports, finalize reports);

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education :    Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 1 year of relevant experience
Training : 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility    : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATION:
• Computer Literate
• Preferably National Certificate II (NC II) Holder

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2013 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2013 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Potential Assessment Forms duly accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and One (1) Peer;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
