POSITION : Two (2) TESD Specialist II
OFFICE : Trainers Training Development Division, National Institute for Technical Education and Skills Development (NITESD)
SALARY : SG-16 Php26,878.00    PERA:    P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Undertakes analysis and evaluation of project proposals and research studies;
• Provides technical / instructional services to agency beneficiaries;
• Consolidates data and other periodic reports ;
• Assists in the development of procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs and in the formulation of educational/training program for his subject filed; and
• Performs other related functions.

CORE COMPETENCIES:
• Conducts researches 
• Coordinates the implementation of activities 
• Prepares Reports (gather data, draft reports, finalize reports);

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education :    Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Experience : 1 year of relevant experience
Training : 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility    : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATION:
• Preferably Bachelor of Science in Education/Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education/
• Bachelor of Science in Teacher Education/Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Education
• Holder of NTTC Level I;
• Competent in the conduct of CBT and development of program design;
• Competent in both creative and technical writing;
• Proficient in computer applications;
• Excellent communications and interpersonal skills;
• Works in minimum supervision;
• Willing to be trained
• Physically, mentally and emotionally fit;
• Highly motivated and positive thinker;
• Creative and analytical;
• Dependable and diligent;
• Assertive and can work under pressure ( Willing to work overtime/ extend extra services)

All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than December 9, 2014:
• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2013 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2013 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Potential Assessment Forms duly accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and One (1) Peer;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
