POSITION : Two (2) Supervising TESD Specialist  
OFFICE: PTC- Kabankalan, TESDA Region VI
              RTC- Talisay, Region VI
SALARY : SG-22 Php42,652.00    PERA:    P2,000.00                

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Directs, supervises and coordinates the operations and activities of the Provincial Training Center;
• Conducts counseling;
• Develops Quality Standards and Procedures;
• Evaluates Employee Performance;
• Implements and Monitors PPS;
• Implements Quality Standards and Procedures;
• Mentors/Coaches Personnel;
• Prepares budget and project proposal;
• Reviews implementation of Program and Projects;
• Coordinates linkages to LGU’s and other government agencies; and
• Performs other related functions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education :    Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job 
Experience : 3 years relevant experience
Training : 16 hours relevant training
Eligibility    : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility


CORE COMPETENCIES:

• Implements programs, projects and systems;
• Implements quality standards and procedures;
• Mentors/coaches personnel;
• Conducts researches (gather, organize, analyze data, etc.);
• Coordinates the implementation of activities (organization of resources, monitoring and evaluation);
• Prepares Reports (gather data, draft  reports, finalize reports);
• Evaluates employee performance

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferably BSIE or Engineering Graduate
• Preferably a holder of National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC);
• With experience in Program Implementation, Promotion and Implementation of Competency Assessment and has experience in coordinating with LGU executives;
• Computer literate (Microsoft, Excel and Power Point

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2013 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2013 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment  Form to be accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and 1 Peer;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by the Immediate or previous Supervisor indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify date/month/year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
