        Iloilo Provincial Office, Region VI
        Antique Provincial Office, Region VI
        Capiz, Provincial Office, Region VI
SALARY : SG-19 Php33,859.00    PERA:    P2,000.00                

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Conducts Competency Assessment;
• Conducts research;
• Coordinates implementation of Programs and Projects;
• Develops Quality Standards and Procedures;
• Implements PPS;
• Implements Quality Standards Procedures;
• Mentors/ Coaches Personnel;
• Prepares Report; and 
• Performs other related functions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education :    Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job
Experience : 2 years relevant experience
Training : 8 hours relevant training
Eligibility    : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

CORE COMPETENCIES:
• Conducts competency assessment;
• Develops quality standards and procedures;
• Implements programs, projects and systems;
• Implements quality standards and procedures;
• Mentors/coaches personnel;
• Conducts researches (gather, organize, analyze data, etc.);
• Coordinates the implementation of activities (organization of resources, monitoring and evaluation);
• Prepares Reports (gather data, draft  reports, finalize reports);
• Evaluates employee performance

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Good command of oral and communication particularly technical and writing skills;
• Computer literate preferably Microsoft Word and PowerPoint;
• Strong human relations and leadership skills, sense of fairness and ability to negotiate;
• Preferably with expertise in planning

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2013 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2013 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment  Form to be accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and 1 Peer;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by the Immediate or previous Supervisor indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify date/month/year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
