POSITION : One (1) Administrative Officer IV 
OFFICE : Procurement Division (PD), AS 
SALARY : SG-15 Php24,887.00    PERA:    P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Assists in the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) within Procurement Division in compliance with international quality management systems standards;
• Supports the review and evaluation of incoming  purchase requests to ensure quality and adequacy of information, specifications and quantities;
• Performs periodic inventory undertaking and facilitates physical verification of inventory items;
• Supports the conduct of evaluation of suppliers with respect to their delivery performance and quality of good/services delivered;
• Prepares and submits agency reports and other communication required by oversight agencies (COA, DOLE, etc.,);
• Identifies and recommends for disposal all expendable properties of the agency; 
• Provides necessary technical/administrative support to the Bids and Awards Committee; and
• Performs other related functions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education :    Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 1 year of relevant experience
Training : 4 hours relevant training
Eligibility    : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledgeable on the provisions of RA 9184 or the Procurement Act
• Good in oral & written communications
• Working knowledge of MS Office Applications
• Good inter-personal relationship & work attitude
• Good moral character and work ethics

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates ;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2013 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2013 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Potential Assessment Forms duly accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and One (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
