SALARY : SG-19 Php33,859.00    PERA : P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Schedules and conducts individual counseling;
• Organizes and conducts group counseling/classroom or group guidance activities;
• Coordinates and/or runs enrichment training programs for trainees, trainers and parents;
• Generates, analyzes and synthesizes data about the behavior, progress, and needs of trainees individually and with groups;
• Helps administer and interprets tests and interventions that deal with applicant trainee’s achievement, aptitudes and vocational interests;
• Ensures gathering and recoding of complete client data for the individual inventory;
• Assesses trainee’s needs as basis for activities;
• Holds consultation and coordination activities with trainers;
• Collects and disseminates information to the appropriate persons;
• Writes reports, keeps records and prepares needed materials;
• Follows –ups client;
• Places trainees in appropriates academic, social and occupational programs and settings;
• Conducts research and evaluation to determine effectiveness of strategies and services implemented;
• Develops career information materials;
• Refers clients to more qualified experts; and
• Performs other related function related o the office/division.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 2 years of relevant experience
Training : 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility : CS Professional/ Second Level Eligibility

CORE COMPETENCIES:
• Conducts researches (gather, organize, analyze data, etc.);
• Coordinates the implementation of activities (organization of resources, monitoring and evaluation);
• Prepares reports (gather data, draft reports, finalize reports);

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Preferably BS Psychology graduate;
• Licensed Guidance/Career Counselor
• Must have excellent communication skills both written and oral
• Possess the ability to work with trainees, administrator and the community
• Demonstrate a thorough understanding of the developmental and guidance process and career development theory

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2014 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for Calendar Year 2014 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
• Potential Assessment Forms duly accomplished by Immediate Supervisor and One (1) Peer;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
