SALARY:    SG-19 Php33,859.00    PERA: P2,000.00        

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Prepares/Processes/Endorses communication on the acknowledgement of Nomination Form to the TESDA Board;
• Analyzes and processes submitted Regional and Provincial District Work Plans, Reports and Resolutions that form part in the policy development initiatives of the agency;
• Prepares communication regarding the submitted Work Plans and Status Reports;
• Processes Work Plans/Status Reports and provide the necessary actions;
• Monitors Regional/Provincial Work Plan and Quarterly Status Reports;
• Evaluates the submitted reports vis-à-vis the submitted Work Plan;
• Endorses to the Executive Offices/TESDA Boards reports that requires intervention from the concerned office/s;
• Analyzes draft bills from the Senate of the Philippines and House of Representatives and determine its relevance to the thrust of the agency;
• Coordinates with the Executive/Regional/Provincial Offices the proposed bills that has specific effect on the functions of the concerned office/s;
• Prepares TESDA’s positions papers;
• Conducts research regarding draft bills for comments;
• Facilitates request of the Executive Offices concerning legislative concerns;
• Participates/Attends in the Technical Working Committee Meetings and Public Hearings in the Senate of the Philippines and House of Representatives concerning relevant laws as instructed;
• Coordinates with DOLE-Legislative Liaisoning Office (DLLO) on the Legislative concerns of the Departments and TESDA;
• Prepares feedback reports that will serve as basis in the action to be undertaken by the agency;
• Designs and develops TESDC and Legislative database;
• Monitors updates on the TESDC and Legislative database;
• Monitors updates on the TESDC work plans, status reports, and legislative documents;
• Processes the monitored data;
• Prepares quarterly reports and other reports as required ; and,
• Performs other functions as may be required.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2014 and January to June 2015 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2014 and January to June 2015 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.


Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
