THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
• Directs, supervises and coordinates the program and activities of the Training Center;
• Monitors and evaluates implementation of policies;
• Assists in the development of procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs and in the formulation of education/training program;
• Manages the human, physical and financial resources of the Training Center; and,
• Performs other related functions.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE: 
Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 3 years of relevant experience
Training : 16 hours of relevant training
Eligibility    : Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
• Knowledgeable in project development and management
• Good communication skills (oral & written)
• Knowledgeable in MS Office Application
• Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude
• Good moral character and work ethics

All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than January 8, 2016:
• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2005);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours with certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2014 and January to June 2015 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for  Calendar Year 2014 and January to June 2015 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; three (3) Peers and one (1) Subordinate;
• Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Certification signed by immediate or previous supervisors indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify day-month-year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities listed down;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.

Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
