SALARY: SG-22 (PhP 71,511.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

15 % - Assists in planning, organizing, directing, supervising and conduct of various activities and functions of the division relating to support services to operations in the office and campuses; 15 % - Assists in the execution of management functions such as planning, directing, organizing, staffing, and controlling of the operations of the division; 10 % - Review, oversee, and provide assistance in the crafting and execution of office performance contracts and individual performance contracts for all administrative units and personnel; 10 % - Review and provide input along annual work planning and programming; 10 % - Reviews existing operational mechanisms and come up with appropriate recommendation for enhancement; 10 % - Assists in the development of measures to ensure a cooperative and well-coordinated work-force; 15 % - Assists in overseeing of the value-based and strategy-based allocation and utilization of resources to ensure 100% utilization of cash allocation and 100% liquidation of cash advances by providing updates and technical assistance along with financial management and monitoring; 10 % - Acts as the Officer-in-Charge of the Division in the absence of the Division Chief; 5 % - Performs other related functions.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the Job Experience: 3 years of relevant experience Training: 16 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
