TESDA chief Secretary Joel Villanueva led the Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) Signing ceremony between the Baguio City local government and TESDA that will benefit the people of Baguio City and Benguet in the administration of Baguio City School of Arts and Trade (BCSAT). Also present in the momentous event were BCSAT Administrator Engr. David Bungallon, Vice-Mayor Edison Bilog, Councilor Betty Lourdes Tabanda (also chair of the CAR Regional TESD-Committee), and TESDA CAR Regional Director Francisco Jucar, Jr. and several officers of technical vocational institution associations in the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR). 

The Kapisanan ng mga Brodkaster sa Pilipinas (KBP) through its Baguio Chair Rene Sales also received scholarship vouchers for its members or immediate family members to train in IT-BPM sector.
