From San Pablo City, SECRETARY JOEL VILLANUEVA went straight to Cabuyao City Laguna province to lead the graduation ceremonies for another set of Special Training for Employment Program (STEP) beneficiaries in Pamantasan ng Cabuyao, Barangay Banay-banay Cabuyao Laguna. Laguna 2nd District Congressman Jun Chipeco and other local government officials headed by Governor Ramil Hernandez and Cabuyao City Mayor Isidro Hemedes, Jr. also graced the momentous event.
The women of Cabuyao also received a special treat from TESDA with the 'Libreng Serbisyo Para Sa Kababihan ng Cabuyao' with services on hilt massage, nail spa, haircut, manicure and cellphone repair.
