The Training for Work Scholarships Program The Training for Work Scholarships Program (TWSP) is a joint project of government agencies, spearheaded by Technical Education and Skills Development (TESDA), Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) and Office of the Presidential Adviser for Job Creation (OPAJC), private sector organizations, industry associations, labor unions and public and private education and training institutions.

Qualification requirements for scholarships:

How does one apply for the scholarship?

• If you are interested in a BPO job, you can apply in any BPO company.      
• In areas where there are no BPO companies, interested applicants are advised to register at the nearest DOLE or TESDA Regional/Provincial Officeusing the Computerized National Manpower Registry System (CNMRS) form.
• Interested applicants can also log on to the TESDA website www.tesda.gov.ph or PHIL-Jobnet www.phil-job.net

How will the scholarship be issued?       

Once qualified, a scholarship certificate will be issued to YOU through - 

• The Business Processing Association of the Philippines (BPAP) and its member associations- Contact Center Association of the Philippines (CCAP), Medical Transcription Industry Association of the Philippines, Inc (MTIAPI), Animation Council of the Philippines, Inc. (ACPI), and Philippine Software Industry  Association (PSIA); 
• Other sectoral organizations, industry associationsand social and civic organization where TESDA have existing MOA.
• The nearest TESDA Regional/Provincial/District Offices.
