SALARY: SG-18 Php38,085.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• Coordinates the programs and services of the province;
• Formulates, reviews, and finalizes policy recommendations and guidelines relative to financial, personnel and administrative support services;
• Recommends improvement to existing and/or introduces new system and procedures related to financial and administrative matters;
• Monitors and evaluates programs and services implemented by the province;
• Analyzes financial and administrative reports of the province;
• Initiates measures to enhance the capabilities of staff;
• Establishes and maintains linkages with parties outside the office in the delivery of financial and administrative services;
• Provides policy guidelines on property and supply management and directs the conduct of physical inventory supplies, tools and equipment; and,
• Performs other related function.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2017 and January to June 2018 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2017 and January to June 2018 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details:
• Superior/Supervisor
• Peer
• Subordinate (if applicable)
• Client/Stakeholder;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
