POSITION: TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST I (RE-OPEN)

OFFICE: LEARNING DEVELOPMENT DIVISION (LDD), NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT (NITESD), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-13 (PhP 31,320.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

15 % - Assists in the development of programs related to training technology and delivery models and career guidance; 15 % - Assists in the analysis of programs/project proposal; 15 % - Assists in the integration of career guidance in the development and implementation of training technology and learning delivery models; 15 % - Assists in the development of procedures and techniques in learning delivery systems development; 10 % - Prepares various communications, documents and reports by providing significant and reliable information in order to convey the purpose and objective of the information to concerned; 10 % - Prepares Terms of Reference, Complete Staff Work, and similar documents; 10 % - Documents program delivery by preparing an After Activity Report every conduct of program indicating recommendations for further improvement of program implementation; and 10 % - Performs such other functions as may be authorized.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good in oral and written communication (e.g., technical writing etc.) • Strong background in digital technologies (e.g., document processors, LMS, virtual conference etc.) • Good interpersonal skills and work attitude • Good Moral character and work ethics • Can work under pressure

  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2022 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2022 or January to June 2023 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
