OFFICE: GENERAL SANTOS NATIONAL SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES (GSNSAT), TESDA REGION XII
SALARY: SG-24 Php 90,078.00 PERA: Php2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

15% - Exercises general administration and supervision over a trade technical vocational school; 10% - Determines the needs of the school and provides for such needs in the budget which he prepares and submits to higher authorities for approval; 10% - Prepares and submits for approval the school program, assigns teachers and other employees their respective work and sees to it that the prescribed curriculum is implemented; 10% - Prepares and submits for approval requisitions for various school needs and supplies; 15% - Plans, executes, coordinates and evaluates all programs, projects and activities in the school and sees to it that they are conducted as desired; 10% - Examines the school buildings, determines how they are used and sees to it that the buildings are suitable for occupancy and in hygienic conditions; 10% - Recommends personnel, assigns and evaluates work done; 5% - Gives performance ratings to teachers and employee; 5% - Acts on communications as well as intra and inter-office correspondences; 5% - Attends to conferences, workshops, seminars and other activities that deal with technical vocational education; and 5% - Does other related work as may be assigned from time to time.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Master's Degree in the area of specialization Experience: 5 years of experience involving management and supervision Training: 32 hours of training in management and supervision Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) or any eligibility appropriate for 2nd level position

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

•Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude •Working knowledge/experience in social marketing advocacy •With high degree of commitment to work •Working knowledge of MS Office Applications •With good command in oral and written communication. •Has good moral character

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
