OFFICE: FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIVISION (FASD), TESDA REGION X
SALARY: SG-18 (Php 46,725.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

40% - Coordinates and monitors the programs and activities on compensation and benefits, research, information system, recruitment selection and placement, staff development programs, performance evaluation, rewards and recognition and employee relations and assistance programs; 20 % - Prepares programs and projects on all areas of human resource management and deployment; 20% - Drafts policies and guidelines on human resource management and development and monitors its implementation; 20% - Performs other related functions;


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Training: 8 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service Professional / 2nd Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Has high social/emotional intelligence; • Good communication and writing skills; • Has high tolerance to work when pressured; • Must be a computer literate (Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Internet)

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
