OFFICE: PROCUREMENT DIVISION (PD), ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE (AS) TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-15 (PhP 36,619.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

30 % - Reviews Requisitions/Purchase Requests and determine if it is on accordance with the approved Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP)/Supplemental PPMP; 20 % - Monitors Regional Compliance Reports (GPPB Procurement Reports and PBB Agency); 15 % - Supports timely preparation and submission of the following reports: Annual Procurement Plan (APP), Supplemental APP, PPMP, Supplemental PPMP. And Agency Procurement Compliance and Performance Indicator System (APCPI) among others; 10 % - Responsible in processing of hard copied documents into scanned images/soft copy and provides efficient filing system for fast retrieval and reproduction of documents; 10 % - Maintains files and databases of the Procurement Division; 10 % - Provides technical assistance to End-User’s and Regional Procurement Focals; and 5 % - Assists in the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) within Procurement Division in compliance with international quality management systems.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the Job Experience: 1 years of relevant experience Training: 4 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• With training on Republic Act No. 9184, otherwise known as the Government Procurement Reform Act, and its Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations, and other procurement-related training programs; • Exceptional skills in written and oral communications • Working knowledge on MS Office Applications • Good in oral and written communications • Possesses positive work attitude • Excellent interpersonal activities

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
