OFFICE: Financial and Administrative Services Division (FASD), TESDA Region IX
SALARY: SG-24 (PhP 90,078.00) PERA: P2,000.00 RATA: P10,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

30 % - Directs, supervises and manages the operations, activities and programs of the Regional Finance Administrative Services Division (RFASD) of 1)HR Functions; 2) Financial and Budgeting Functions; and 3)Supply/Property Management and General Services Functions; 15 % - Directs the implementation of HR/Personnel, Financial and Supply/Property Management related policies, rules and regulations; 15 % - Formulates, reviews, and finalizes policy recommendations and guidelines relative to financial, personnel and administrative matters; 10 % - Recommends improvement to existing and/or introduces new systems and procedures related to financial and administrative matters; 5 % - Monitors and evaluates all activities of the FASD; 5 % - Consolidates and analyzes financial and administrative reports submitted by operating units; 5 % - Established and maintains linkages with parties outside FASD in connection with the delivery of financial and administrative services; 5 % - Directs and supervises the implementation of ISO especially on the support services; 5 % - Oversees the secretariat work in the RFASD for the different committees; and 5 % - Performs other related functions as maybe assigned/authorized.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Master’s degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC Experience: 4 years of supervisory/management experience Training: 40 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
