30% - Process the enrollment and registration of learners and beneficiaries for scholarship and other training programs offered by the Center in accordance to policies and audit requirements; 20% - Conducts and delivers competency-based and blended learning program/s, including community-based training; 10% - Prepares and updates competency-based curriculum, session plan/s, CBLMs, institutional assessment tools, training and maintenance plans according to Operational Procedures; 10% - Prepares and executes budget/fund utilization, and budget monitoring/obligation to budget utilization rate; 10% - Respond to inquiries; 10% - Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders; and 10% - Performs other related functions.

• Bachelor's Degree Holder of Food Technology or a related course or Bachelor's Degree Holder of tourism-related course • Holder of a National Certificate of Food Processing/ Carpentry / Technical Drafting / tourism-related qualifications • Holder of at least a Certificate of Recognition as a Community-Based Trainer on construction sector, processed food sector, tourism sector • Preferably, a holder of Trainer's Methodology Level I National Certificate • Must be physically and mentally fit with good moral character • Intermediate to advance oral and written communication skills • Advance computer and digital literacy, especially in MS Office applications, and use of Internet and online applications • Adheres to professional work ethics • Ability to work under pressure with minimum supervision • Advance application of T2MIS and BSRS • Good interpersonal working relationship in a team environment
