25 % - Prepares and processes disbursement-related documents such as checks, Advice of Checks Issued and Cancelled (ACIC), Authority to Debit Accounts (ADA), and Notice of Transfer Allocation (NTA); ensures the accuracy and consistency of amounts between disbursement vouchers and issued instruments, and assists in handling remittances to government agencies in compliance with set deadlines to avoid penalties. 35 % - Collects and records 100% of revenues and ensures daily deposit to the depository bank; issues official receipts, encodes Order of Payments and remittances, monitors petty cash and account balances, and submits accurate monthly reports of collections and accountability to the Accounting Division and COA. 15 % - Provides cashiering and customer services to clients; acts as liaison with the servicing bank (Landbank) regarding TESDA’s financial transactions, delivers LDDAPs and checks, and coordinates payroll and loan-related inquiries; receives and verifies incoming disbursement documents and prepares them for processing and turnover to Accounting. 20 % - Facilitates records and communications management by logging and organizing incoming documents, responding to phone and walk-in queries, drafting simple communications, and supporting fidelity bond application/renewal through OFBS; uses word processing, email, and online tools to carry out accounting-related tasks and communicate with supervisors. 5 % - Performs other related tasks such as giving information on cash-related inquiries, preparing accountability and management reports, and assisting in tasks assigned by the supervisor to support the efficient delivery of financial services.
