30% - Coordinates and monitors implementation of administrative programs, activities, and projects by facilitating information dissemination, tracking deliverables, recommending system improvements, and ensuring timely performance evaluation of support services such as janitorial and security functions. 25% - Prepares reports, minutes of meetings, and official correspondences to clearly document agreements and communicate objectives, ensuring accuracy and accountability in all written documentation. 20% - Assists in the implementation of TESDA Quality Management System and supports compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards by ensuring consistent adherence to quality procedures and improvement of systems in facilities and work environments. 15% - Maintains effective administrative support by responding to phone-in inquiries, providing general information, and organizing administrative records and documentation for reference and retrieval. 10% - Performs other related functions as may be assigned from time to time, including logistical support, coordination of internal activities, and provision of general assistance for office operations.
