20 % - Assist in the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) within Procurement Division in compliance with the international quality management system standards; 20 % - Assists in the preparation of procurement-related documents (e.g. orders, invitations to bids, requests for quotation, resolutions, notices, letters, memoranda, advisories, bid bulletins, eligibility requirements checklist and abstract of bids); 20 % - Assists in the monitoring of procurement activities and milestones for proper reporting to the Government Procurement and Policy Board (GPPB); 20 % - Assists the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and Technical Working Group (TWG) in the conduct of procurement of goods, services, infrastructure projects, and/or consulting services, through public bidding and negotiated procurements; 10 % - Supports the timely preparation and submission of agency reports and other communication required by oversight; 5 % - Assists in the finalization, posting, distribution and sale to prospective bidders of the Bidding Documents; and 5 % - Assists in maintaining records and files.
