OFFICE: FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIVISION (FASD), TESDA NIR
SALARY: SG-24 (PhP 98,185.00) PERA: P2,000.00 RATA: P10,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

30 % - Oversees the Division’s financial, personnel, procurement, general services, and other administrative support operations; formulates, reviews, and implements policies, rules, and regulations; and recommends system and procedural improvements to ensure efficiency and compliance.; 25 % - Monitors and evaluates programs and services, consolidates and analyzes financial and administrative reports from operating units, and provides findings and recommendations to management.; 20 % - Initiates measures to enhance staff competencies and establishes partnerships with other government offices and non-government organizations to strengthen service delivery; 20 % - Provides policy guidelines on property and supply management and directs the conduct of physical inventory of supplies, tools, and equipment to maintain accurate records and accountability; 5 % - Performs other related functions as maybe authorized.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Master’s degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC Experience: 4 years of supervisory/management experience Training: 40hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
