OFFICE: FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICES DIVISION (FASD), TESDA NIR
SALARY: SG-18 (PhP 51,304.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

30% - Coordinates, monitors, and prepares programs, projects, policies, procedures, guidelines, researches, and studies covering the four (4) HRM core systems: Recruitment, Selection and Placement (RSP); Learning and Development (L&D); Performance Management (PM); and Rewards and Recognition (R&R); 15% - Provides technical and administrative assistance to all offices and units on human resource management, and ensures compliance with TESDA Quality Systems and ISO 9001:2015 standards; 10% - Prepares periodic reports on the implementation of the four (4) HRM core systems.; 30% - Oversees cashiering services in the Regional Office, including budgeting, bookkeeping, payroll preparation, processing of employee loans, maintenance of payroll and deduction records, and timely remittance to concerned agencies/offices; 10% - Provides administrative services on cashiering-related matters to other Regional Office operating units; and 5% - Performs other related functions as may be authorized;

Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the Job Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Training: 8 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
