40% - Supervises and manages the operations, activities and programs of the Administrative Unit of the Provincial Office: 1.HR Functions; 2. Financial and Budgeting Functions; and 3. Supply/Property Management and General Services Functions; 15% - Performs personnel management functions of the office (Recruitment & Selection, Performance Management, Learning and Development, and Rewards and Recognition); 20% - Supervises and manages the administrative operations of the Provincial Office especially on: 1. Recruitment, Selection and Promotion personnel; 2. Staff Development Program; 3. Personnel Information Systems and Personnel Records; 4. Employee compensation and Benefits and Awards; 5. Attendance Monitoring and Leave Administration;6. Grievance and Employee Relations; 7. Performance Evaluation and Monitoring; and 8. Personnel Reports preparation. 5% - Provision of technical assistance and administrative support services to clients/partners; 5% - Prepares guidelines for the implementation of programs and services of the Provincial Office; 5% - Plan Staff Development Programs of the Provincial Office and monitors implementations; 5% - Implements Quality Standards and Procedures; and 5% - Performs other related functions as maybe assigned/authorized.
EDUCATION : Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job EXPERIENCE : 2 years of relevant experience TRAINING : 8 hours of relevant training ELIGIBILITY : Career Service Professional (2nd Level Eligibility)
? Must be physically fit with good moral character; ? Advance oral and written communication skills; ? Computer and digital literate, especially in MS Office Applications; ?
