SALARY: SG-9 (PhP 24,329.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20 % - Encodes data related to training and assessment-enrollment, and certification and enrollment reports at T2MIS; 20 % - Reviews and validates information on the Application Form, SAF and Letter of Authorization against the information in the T2MIS; 15 % - Maintains integrity data files contained in the office online database management systems; 15 % - Provides application forms; self-assessment guide and letter of authorization to the candidates for assessments; 10 % - Coordinates with the District Office, Assessors, trainers regarding the assessment and list of candidates; 10 % - Issues request for the issuance of national certificate to the candidates and Informs the candidates on the release on NC’s; and 10 % - Perform other related functions.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Completion of 2 years of studies in college (prior to 2018), OR High School graduate with relevant vocational/trade course (prior to 2018), OR Completion of Grade 12/Senior High School under Technical-Vocational-Livelihood Track, OR Completion of Grade 10/Junior High School with relevant vocational/trade course (TESDA NC II) (starting 2018) Experience: 1 year of relevant experience Training: 4 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Relevant MC 11, s. 1996/Career Service (Sub-Professional)/ First Level Eligibility

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
