20 % - Directs and supervise the formulation, review, and implementation of policies, guidelines, position papers, and related issuances in support of enterprise-based education, workforce development, industry participation, and skills development initiatives; 20 % - Provides overall leadership in the development, enhancement, and implementation of programs, systems, standards, and strategies related to enterprise-based and work-integrated learning initiatives, in coordination with concerned TESDA offices and stakeholders; 10 % - Leads and oversees stakeholder engagement, partnership-building, and collaborative initiatives with enterprises, industry associations, government agencies, training institutions, and other stakeholders to strengthen workforce development and industry-based training opportunities; 10 % - Supervises the provision of technical and operational support to TESDA operating units and partner institutions in the implementation, coordination, monitoring, and quality assurance of enterprise-based and industry-partnered programs; 10 % - Directs and coordinates inter-agency and multi-sectoral engagements related to workforce development, enterprise-based learning, industry support systems, and other collaborative mechanisms that promote skills development and employment responsiveness; 10 % - Oversees the establishment and enhancement of collaborative mechanisms with education, labor, and industry partners to support learner progression, workforce mobility, qualifications development, and lifelong learning pathways; 10 % - Provides policy and technical direction in coordinating with industry bodies, training institutions, and relevant stakeholders in identifying emerging occupations, priority skills, and qualifications responsive to labor market and economic demands; 5 % - Leads organizational planning, workforce supervision, capability-building, and performance management within the Office to ensure effective implementation of programs and achievement of institutional objectives; 5 % - Perform such other functions as may be delegated and authorized.
