30 % - Directs and manages the overall operations of the Division covering facilities and asset management, transportation services, administrative support services, records management, cash management services, health services, logistics, and institutional events. 25 % - Oversees the planning, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of buildings and facilities, equipment, vehicles, and other physical assets, ensuring compliance with applicable government standards, safety regulations, and administrative requirements 25 % - Supervises infrastructure, engineering, maintenance, safety, security, disaster preparedness, and business continuity programs to support organizational operations. 5 % - Leads sustainability, energy efficiency, environmental management, and climate-resilience initiatives of the Agency. 5 % - Recommends policies, systems, standards, and operational improvements to strengthen administrative governance, internal controls, and service delivery. 5 % - Ensures compliance with quality management systems, government regulations, administrative policies, and other statutory and regulatory requirements applicable to the Division. 3 % - Oversees the preparation of technical and administrative requirements, project plans, specifications, terms of reference, and contract documents for GSD-related programs, projects, and activities 2 % - Performs other related functions as may be assigned.
