TESDA UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF SECRETARY JOEL VILLANUEVA signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the Manila Economic and Cultural Office (MECO) headed by its Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Amadeo Perez, Jr. TESDA and MECO's partnership aims to provide work-place Mandarin language and culture training to job-ready workforce for Taiwan-bound Filipino workers.
