SECRETARY JOEL VILLANUEVA received social entrepreneur and inventor Mr. Steve Katsaros, CEO of NOKERO (No Kerosene) Solar and discussed with Sec Joel the possibilities of integration of the technology in our rehabilitation efforts. Sec Joel also presented the agency's thrust in developing green skills in technical education and skills training. After the meeting, Mr. Katsaros gave Sec Joel a token of its solar product line up.
