THINKING GLOBAL is one of the core messages of Secretary Joel Villanueva's commencement speech in the ACLC-ECLI graduation ceremony in Clark Pampanga. There were 400 graduates from ACLC-ECLI branches in Apalit (Pampanga), Pasig, and Tarlac and was attended by more than 1,200 guests including locators for the Job Fair held in the afternoon. ACLC-ECLI President Emmanuel Manansala and Chairman & CEO Oscar D. Manansala welcomed Sec Joel and TESDA region 3 officials.

ECLI stages a Graduation Ceremony and a Jobs Fair in one day for the past 4 years now, with 40 locators in attendance. ECLI has a success rate of 75% of its graduates having jobs in their field of work. The rest have opted to work on their 4-year degree, pursue the family’s business and/or take care of personal concerns.
