TESDA Director General, Secretary Guling “Gene” Mamondiong and Deputy Director General for Operations Alvin Feliciano meet the officials of the Tarlac Provincial Office and Provincial Training Center for effective skills training to residents. Mamondiong also inspected the area to ensure quality skills training are given in regional and provincial centers.
