TESDA meets with Design Center of the Philippines

TESDA, under the leadership of Secretary Kiko Benitez, met with the Design Center of the Philippines to enhance innovation in technical-vocational training.

As part of this collaboration, the Design Center will provide modules on Design Thinking, Systems Thinking, and the Circular Economy, which TESDA will convert into micro-credentials for integration into the SIPTVETS Project through its Regional Training and Innovation Centers. These concepts will also be explored for inclusion in the ASCEND Project, with support from the Asian Development Bank.

Further reinforcing its commitment to global partnerships and sustainable development goals, TESDA is also exploring a collaboration with the British Council through the Green Innovators Programme.
