“We wish to establish and strengthen trust in our TVET system for our valuable clients: the unemployed, underemployed, displaced workers, career shifters, new entrants to the labor force, high school graduates and even college and post-graduate students, that they may view TVET as a viable step towards a better, more productive life”, sabi ni Mamondiong sa kanyang mensahe.

“The forum shall serve as venue for exchanging information and best practices/experiences of our neighboring countries in achieving high quality, relevant, effective and accessible TVET program for all”, nakasaad pa sa inilabas na memorandum circular ni Mamondiong.
